Bathroom Wall Literature

No, I'm being serious. Doug Rice is a 26 year old, Alumni of Oakland University in Michigan. My guess is one day while sitting on the throne of good thoughts, genius descended upon him.

"From the Stall" is a glorious collection of photos of the art that adorns campus and public bathrooms across the globe. A former electrical engineer major and soccer player, this native of Brighton, Michigan made his start by snapping photos in bathrooms of Michigan Universities. This escalated to snap and run pics in the bathrooms of Greece while on a soccer team outing.

I'm sure you all have read the stalls too. The stuff up there is little windows into the souls of people. The things we would write when we are most compromised would be only the most sincere.

Sadly, the book was rejected by 25 publishers. The shit they will print today and they won't publish this homage to the wonders of mankind and their opposable thumbs. Doug had to self publish, have 1,000 copies printed in China and binding them himself to cut cost.

The 145-page bathroom/coffee table book allows you to express yourself on blank stall pages at the end of book. 'Shooting Blanks' lets you clear the air and get everything off your chest in a way you never thought you would for family and friends to read.

You can read words of wisdom and life lessons by purchasing this book for an affordable price of $14.99 at http://www.fromthestall.com (using PayPal).

And don't forget, you can add "From the Stall" as a friend on Facebook and MySpace. Doug will even look at user submitted pictures for future publication. Yes, next time you see that ridiculous penis picture carved into the wall of your stall...snap a pic. This could be your path to the limelight.
