As if the Mets didn’t suffer enough at their own hands as they systematically dismantled their own chances at going to the World Series in 2007, they got Rick Roll’d at their season opener on April 8th. Now many of us have been Rick Roll’d, heck it’s actually fun exchanging the prank between each other and getting a laugh, but the nearly impossible was pulled off as thousands of fans fell victim to the ultimate Rick Roll during the 8th inning song yesterday.
I am posting this but You Tube is pulling them down as fast as people are putting them up:
If that doesn’t work then go to You Tube and put in “Mets get Rick Rolled” for the video, it’s worth the trip.
So what does this mean? Can it go any further? The Democratic National Convention is in Denver, CO (which is local for me); perhaps we can shoot for the moon and bring down the next behemoth of a Rick Roll then!
